- After booking, a Vacation Rental Agreement will be provided. All guests are required to sign the agreement within 72 hours of booking and prior to occupying the property.

Background checks may be performed, and in some areas are required by local law. Guests may be required to provide a credit card and/or a refundable security/damage deposit.
Property Access
- Free city bus (purple line) picks up and drops off within a few hundred yards of the home.
- Heated garage parking and a large outdoor parking area are available. If you have a trailer or large vehicle, please contact us before booking.
- Noise monitoring devices and security cameras exist on the exterior of the property. Cameras cover all entrances and exits of the home.
Policies and Rules

- All adults in the rental group must be at least 35 years old unless directly related to another adult in the group. Please contact us for clarification if needed.
- Each rental agreement and associated rates are for a specific group size. The correct and maximum group size must be entered at the time of booking. Any changes must be disclosed and may affect the total cost and security deposit requirements.
- Weekly stays are preferred, and discounted rates may be available.
- Some properties use a high occupancy fee for larger groups.

- $750 refundable security deposit required for all bookings.
- The standard cleaning fee is for final cleaning after the rental period ends.
